Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (such as personal care or medical-related products). These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at edelpino97@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at edelpino97@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
